Elomi is a creative image transformation application operated by Elomi Team. This document explains how information is handled when you use Elomi. By installing or using the app, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described below.

Elomi allows users to upload a photo and generate a transformed image styled with enhanced feminine aesthetic characteristics. The AI system analyzes the uploaded image as a whole composition and produces a stylized output.
Elomi’s servers are directly operated and controlled by Elomi Team. Image data is not transmitted to any external AI platform or independent third-party processing entity. We do not use cloud-based AI marketplaces or third-party generative model providers.
When using the core feature, you may provide:
· An image you choose to upload
· Optional in-app purchase information handled by the platform provider (e.g., Apple)
· We may collect minimal technical logs (such as device type, system version, and anonymous diagnostic logs) strictly for service stability and security purposes.
Elomi does not:
· Collect personal identity information such as name, phone number, address, or ID number
· Access your contacts, messages, or other unrelated device data
· Collect biometric identifiers
· Extract, recognize, or store facial recognition data
· Build facial templates or perform identity matching
· Track you across third-party apps or websites
Image content is processed only for the purpose of generating the requested visual result.
Uploaded images are used solely for:
· Generating the AI-processed stylized output requested by the user
· Maintaining app functionality and service stability
Images are not used for:
· Advertising
· Profiling
· Identity recognition
· Model training beyond internal system improvement in anonymized and non-identifiable form
· Any unrelated secondary purposes
Data usage is strictly limited to delivering the requested service.
All image processing is performed by AI systems fully operated and managed by Elomi Team.
· No external AI APIs are used
· No image data is transmitted to third-party AI providers
· Processing occurs in a controlled server environment
· Output generation is automated and not manually reviewed
This ensures compliance with Apple’s data transparency and control expectations.
Elomi transforms images visually but:
· Does not identify any person in the image
· Does not perform facial recognition
· Does not analyze biometric markers
· Does not extract measurable facial features for storage
· Does not store faceprints or biometric identifiers
Any facial elements present in an uploaded image are treated as general visual content only.
Uploaded images are stored temporarily for processing purposes.
· Temporary processing files are automatically deleted after generation
· We do not maintain long-term image archives
· We do not build user-specific image libraries on our servers
Users may delete generated images locally from their own devices at any time.
Elomi does not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with any third parties.
We do not disclose image content or user information except:
· If legally required by applicable law
· To comply with lawful government requests
No advertising networks receive user image data.
Users maintain full control over the content they upload.
By actively selecting and uploading an image, users provide consent for:
· The image to be processed internally
· The AI system to generate a stylized output
Users may choose not to upload any image at any time.
The app does not access images without explicit user action.
If applicable, purchases are processed by the platform provider (e.g., Apple). Elomi does not directly collect or store payment card information.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to:
· Prevent unauthorized access
· Protect against data misuse
· Maintain service integrity
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously monitor and improve protection mechanisms.
Elomi is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If such data is identified, it will be removed promptly.
We may revise this Privacy Statement when necessary to reflect service updates or regulatory requirements. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
